Refund & Returns Policy

At AusPeptidesLab, we take pride in the quality, handling, and consistency of our research products. Due to the specialised nature of these materials, we maintain strict quality control standards throughout storage and fulfilment. As a result, our refund and return policy is carefully structured to ensure product integrity while remaining fair and transparent for our customers.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at australiapeptideslab@gmail.com. To help us resolve your request efficiently, please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund where appropriate. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible, as we are unable to verify handling conditions after delivery.

Due to the controlled nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We aim to fulfil orders promptly, so cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 3 to 7 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products. This ensures that all items supplied remain within strict handling standards and can be trusted by all customers.

AusPeptidesLab reserves the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances provided.
